Do I Meet the Job Requirements?

We have a few requirements to work with ACASA Senior Care. Our biggest requirement is that you have a Compassionate Heart. We want to get to know the heart behind why you got into the healthcare field, because that is an important story as to who you are. Candidates for our positions must have some healthcare experience. Also, before being hired, you’ll need to pass a background check, Drug Screening, and a motor vehicle records screening.

  • Compassionate Heart
  • Healthcare Experience Or Training
  • Current CPR License (From American Heart Association Or American Red Cross)
  • Must Pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening & Have Fingerprints Maintained
  • Must-Have A Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance & Reliable Transportation
  • Drug Screening Required
  • Health Screening Required

What Will Be My Responsibilities?

When you work with us, you’ll have the chance to work with our patients in a variety of ways. Our team members handle a wide range of responsibilities with compassion and care. After being hired onto our care team, you can expect the following duties, among others:

  • Becoming The Best Friend Of Your Client
  • Providing Companionship & Engaging In Fun Activities With Your Client
  • Assistance With Personal Care & Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Providing Medication Reminders
  • Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, & Assist With Feeding
  • Reinforcing Therapy Exercises
  • Transportation To & From Appointments
  • Assistance With Movement & Repositioning
  • Maintaining Infection Control As Needed
  • Taking & Logging Vital Signs
  • Providing Compassionate & Empathetic Care
  • Maintaining A Clean, Safe, & Healthy Environment
  • Communicating Needs & Monitoring For Changes In Condition
